Due to an overwhelming interest from our fantastic alumni, we will be holding our first Alumni Appreciation evening during our Homecoming game this year on September 24th vs. North Port High School! Here is what is scheduled:

• Registered Alumni will meet at the band room at 2:30 pm on Friday, 9/24/10, for continuity with Mr. Roseboom and the Mighty Sailor Band. You will be practicing the piece of music (to be posted on www.mightysailorband.org) that will be performed during the Homecoming Court presentation during halftime.
• At the game, there will be a special section for Alumni in the stands, and you will perform stand favorites with MSB during the first half of the game. You must provide your own instrument*.
• Performance on the field at halftime with MSB for those who purchase the exclusive Alumni t-shirt.

Here are the options:

• $5.00 will provide your ticket to the game and a place in the stands with your fellow alumni.
• $15.00 will provide your game ticket, your place in the stands, your alumni MSB t-shirt, and a place on the field for the halftime performance.

Here are the details:

• Register at www.mightysailorband.org beginning on Monday, 8/30/10. No earlier registrations can be accepted at this time. Due to logistics, we will need to limit registration to 80 participants on a first come/first served basis. No further registration will be accepted after 9/10/10, or when the limit is reached, whichever occurs first.
• Simply click on the Alumni Homecoming button on the far left side of the page and go from there! Be sure to let us know your name and instrument, or if you’re guard or pom. Please include your graduation year with your name.
• Two options: pay via PayPal (you will be charged a 3% fee for this service), or send a check to:
